Are the beds washable?

  • Yes, most of our beds are fully machine washable.
  • The inserts that have our famous Snooza Fill (recycled PET drink bottles) can be machine washed also.
  • Use a cool or up to 40 degrees C gentle wash.

  • Most dog bed covers can also be dried in the dryer. A dryer ball is useful to separate the fibers if they’ve gone flat or bunched up.

Are the covers removeable?

  • Yes, most of our beds have removable and replaceable covers.
  • Replacement covers can be purchased if needed, handy to use while the other is in the laundry.

Do you make your beds in Australia?

  • Yes we do. Currently around 90% of our pet beds are made in Victoria in our Cheltenham factory.
  • We are very proud to be Australian owners and employ over 50 Australians in our factory.
  • We offer the largest locally-made pet bed collection in Australia, supporting fellow Australian manufacturers for sourcing parts where-ever we can.
  • All Snooza dog beds and mattresses use Australian foam.
  • We have seamstresses in our Cheltenham factory who provide a repair service for repairable damaged bed covers, and a Save-a-Bed scheme that will refurbish a retired bed and donate it to a local pet shelter or refuge.

Will my dog be too hot / too cold?

  • If your dog sometimes gets hot, they will naturally sprawl out.
  • Check out our Cooling Dog Beds for dogs that live in warmer climates or simply run hot.
  • Our Self Warming Dog Beds are great for winter or dogs that need some additional warmth.

Can I return the bed if it’s not right?

Yes - providing it is in new, un-used, re-saleable condition. It can be returned to us in-store or by post for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Whether it's faulty, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Refunds/Exchanges

  • If you're returning an item because you've chosen the wrong size, colour, or it really wasn't what you expected, the item you're returning must be unused. In these instances you will be responsible for the postage incurred in returning the item to us.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase and should be clearly labeled with your contact details in case we need to reach you.
  • Before returning goods, please contact our Customer Service Team to log your return, so we can track it and process it correctly.

Faulty products

  • If your Snooza product is faulty from workmanship or materials, please let us know.
  • We will need to evaluate the product to ensure that it is faulty and not damaged through wear and tear.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Team to log your faulty product claim and send us detailed photos of the damage.
  • If an item is deemed to be faulty we may repair or replace it, depending on the situation. Please email info@snooza.com.au

Damaged products

  • Whilst we cannot guarantee against the damage pets can cause (dogs can chew through solid bone after all, so no fabric is completely safe!), we do offer our Snooza Repair Service in an effort to extend the life of your bed.
  • Replacement parts are also available.
  • If it's damage you feel has been caused before your item arrived, please contact us asap so that we can resolve the problem.

Can I use the $20 discount code in store?

  • Yes you can. Please bring a copy of your code written down or on your phone to the store when you visit.  

What is the lifetime warranty?

  • We don’t offer a lifetime warranty. We will always warranty our product against faulty materials or workmanship, but not fair wear & tear, or dog damage.

How do I register my bed?

Are your beds chew-proof?

  • No beds are completely chew proof!
  • We do have our beds in the Tuff range that are fairly tough but not indestructible- just a little more resistant to chewers.
