    I now have 2 of these beds for my Greyhound. Other cooling beds just don't work as he kicks in his sleep and tears holes in them which causes them to leak. The extra large size is fantastic its just unfortunate that no stores stock them so you have to purchase online and pay postage. The cover has gotten a little dirty due its light colour and I haven't washed it yet so cant really comment on before and after with cleaning . Only downside to it is it is a little thin, so not really good for slightly heavier dogs. My dog is only 30 kgs and being and aging dog as well its a bit low to the ground so I actually have to place it on another bed .

    During the recent heatwave, our older dog, Shadow, has been very pleased with his cooling comfort portioned ( & his cooling blanket).

    It appears well made and so far has been resistant to his strong claws.
